Do take note that if a booking has already been made and confirmed, cancellation is prohibited through indulge mall. Unless if you have spoken to the merchant and they have kindly agreed to refund your booking. Please kindly provide the agreement letter/E-mail from the merchant at feedback@indulgemall.com when making your request.
